2. Who Can Enter

2.1 Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

2.2 Employees of McCarthy Limited, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the running of a competition are not eligible to enter.

2.3 By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Paid entry: Tickets can be purchased via the JETEQUE website at www.jeteque.co.uk. The ticket price for each competition is shown on the relevant competition page. You may purchase as many tickets as you like up to any stated maximum.

3.2 Free postal entry: No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter for free, send a postcard or piece of paper by first or second class post to:

Your postal entry must include your full name, date of birth, address, email address, and the name of the competition you wish to enter. One free entry per envelope. Postal entries must be received before the competition closing date. Free entry entrants have an equal chance of winning as paid entrants.

3.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be valid. We accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in the post.

4. The Draw

4.1 The draw date for each competition is shown on the relevant competition page. We reserve the right to extend a closing date if required. Any changes will be announced on our website and social media channels.

4.2 Winners are selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.

4.3 The draw will be conducted using a verified random selection method. Results are final.

4.4 If a competition does not reach its maximum ticket capacity, we reserve the right to either proceed with the draw as planned or to offer entrants a refund and cancel the competition. We will notify all entrants if a competition is cancelled.

5. Winners

5.1 The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry, within 5 working days of the draw date.

5.2 The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to draw an alternative winner.

5.3 Winners may be asked to take part in publicity relating to the competition. Participation is at the winner's discretion.

5.4 A list of winners will be published on the JETEQUE website within 28 days of each draw.

6. The Prize

6.1 The prize for each competition is as described on the relevant competition page at the time of entry.

6.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.

6.3 Travel prizes are subject to availability and must be booked within the timeframe stated for each competition. Prize holidays are based on the itinerary described and cannot be changed by the winner.

6.4 We are not responsible for any additional costs associated with claiming or using a prize, including travel to departure points, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, or personal spending money. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required.

6.5 Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of any third-party suppliers involved in delivering the prize.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, McCarthy Limited accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in a competition or from acceptance and use of a prize.

7.2 We are not responsible for technical failures, network outages, or any other issues that prevent an entry from being received.

8. Data and Privacy

8.1 Personal information collected as part of entry will be used to administer the competition and, where consent has been given, to send marketing communications from JETEQUE.

8.2 We will not share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to deliver the prize or as required by law.

9. General

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your entry will apply to your competition entry.

9.3 If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
